I have a SQL Server database which is using an integer field to track a date value.  I have seen something similar in Oracle where the integer value was some number of seconds since the epoch (1970).  I believe what I am looking here is the same thing but I don't know the syntax to convert these value to a date format.  Below are some sample values.

978441325
978443839
978445765

Can someone tell me how to figure out what date these number represent?

Thanks.
