Recertified CAM/CAS Cisco NAC

Hi,
I have a problem with CAM/CAS, all user cannot login/access to their Computer, because clean Access Manager certificate has expired, and I Cannot Access CAS too because of the same issue, can I recertified for them (CAM/CAS)..? and can u help me how to do that.

here is when the information, whean I access the CAS :

"Network Error:
Clean Access Server could not establish a secure connection to Clean Access Manager at 192.168.11.2.
This could be due to one or more of the following reasons: 1) Clean Access Manager certificate has expired 2) Clean Access Manager certificate cannot be trusted or 3) Clean Access Manager cannot be reached. "
