What FQDN are you using for Activesync?

mail.domain.ie?

What AV do you have installed on your server and is it configured to ignore the Exchange structure?

You have an Autodiscover CNAME record setup.  This should be an A record, or you should configure an SRV record to point to mail.domain.ie.

Do you have a UCC cert configured or a single name cert on your Exchange server?
