I need to be able to send SNMP traps from Network A to Network B.  I have a direct link between the two networks.  Network A has a IP based of 128.100.200.0/24 and Network B has a network based of 10.0.0.0/24.  I also need to be able to have a device on Network B to be able to ping my network devices.
