I need a way of way of permanently archiving all Outlook 2010 items (emails, contacts, calendar items, etc.) so that if I delete one of these Outlook 2010 items (emails, contacts, calendar items, etc.) on any of my four computers these Outlook items will still be preserved in the backup archive.

I would also like a way of being able to develop different points in time as to when these Outlook items can be restored so that if I modify or delete a contact or calendar items within Outlook (which then immediately synchronizes between Outlook on my four computers and between my two iPhones) I will be able to go back and either view or restore a particular Outlook item to a past point in time.

I am well aware of how to recover deleted Outlook emails and contacts. I just need a more flexible backup system that will meet the requirements I have mentioned above.

What programs and utilities are available that can do this?
