Will Disabling Some Devices Reduce Power Draw

I have a slimline Acer Aspire x3400 that has a 220 Watt power supply.  It is not practical for me to put a larger one in this case as it is very, very cramped and I couldn't even find one from Acer or the local Frys.

I used to use the on-board graphics. I just added a GeForce 315 PCIe card that has the same power draw as the on board.  Acer certified this card as compatible with my PC.  In theory, I should be fine in terms of cooling and power.  I am no longer using the NVidia GeForce 9200.  I also never use a wireless LAN card.  Is there any benefit to me in terms of power/cooling if I disabled these two devices in Device Manager?
