have a group of clients whom use the same Hosted Exchange Service. Most all of them have an issue with the message at the bottom right of Outlook that indicates (Server Disconnected or Server Connected) this occurs on some of the clients back and forth. On different clients it is occuring to the point at which the disconnect will continue for more than 15 minutes before it reconnects.
We have redone the profile, we have cleaned and reinstalled the Outlook Client, we have also ran tests on the network with traceroute and pings to see if we have any "lantency" nothing appears to be causing this symptom. The Hosted Exchange vendor does not see any issues on there side. I am currently trying to figure out what "actions" trips Oulook Client or the Hosted Exchange Server to disconnect. The event logs show the disconnection and the reconnection, however nothing showing as to why.
