unable to configure vpn on win 7 ult

Unable to load C:\Windows\System32\iprtrmgr.dll.

How do I resolve ?

Daniel Petri's web page is a great source of Windows information, and someone on their forums solved a very similar problem with a registry modification.  If you try this, ensure that you backup that section of the registry prior to making the change:

When I delete the registery item it returns once I reboot.
Does the problem still persist, though?

yes all service packs installed.  all updates done.  still happens

Notes above are not for windows 7
Forgive me, but I'm not sure I understand your point of reference when you say "Notes above are not for windows 7."  Are you saying that you aren't working on a Windows 7 machine, after all?

No I was saying that http://www.petri.co.il/forums/showthread.php?t=46400 is not for windows 7 its an article about server 2008.

They are on windows 7 ultimate
