Copy MS IE Favorites from dead W7 PC to new W7 PC

Had a motherboard hard failure and removed the hard drive in good working order.  Old HDD is now an external drive on the new PC.  How do I move those IE9 favorites from the old drive onto IE9 on my new PC?

Make sure to image the drive just in case, you then takeownership of the c:\users\username
then  you can see the favorites and you'll be able to copy them.
