OWA Connecton interupted

OWA on Server 2008 R2, Exchange 2007.

Taken over setting OWA up on this DC, all works fine internally inc secure protocol, had some issues to begin with but that turned out to be the Draytek 2955 on 445 for web config, I did reset the OWA directories while troubleshooting but they look fine..

Now, I can access the site through HTTP (Disabled in IIS just to troubleshoot) but when I try SSL I get "Connection interupted". I've got a self signed certificate attached to the HTTPS binding in IIS so I'm a bit unsure what's up..

Any ideas?

Did you say you install OWA on a Domain Controller ?
Questions:
a) Is this a SBS 2008 setup ?

b) Did you install a UCC/SAN Certificate ?
You can install a UCC/SAN cert using this tool.
http://www.u-btech.com/products/certificate-manager-for-exchange-2007.html

c) Did you try running
https://localhost/owa -- from the exchange server itself.
If you get a untrusted connection error, click on continue anyway and check if you can get the Exchange 2007 OWA login prompt.

thanks

ASKER

Hi thanks for the reply.

It's Server 2008 R2 & I can navigate to the address using https://<hostname>\owa from anywhere on the LAN, that works fine.

Thanks for the link, nice certificate tool. I've created a new OWA self singed cert, enabled for IIS and is showing in the site's binding, same thing though - connection interrupted? Have I missed a step?

Draytek 2955 has 80 and 445 as web management, also SSL VPN on 443.
