Multiple Mailboxes, IPAD and IPhone

I have a user on sbs 2008 who now has  2 mailboxes.
Initially, the user had only one mailbox and access to this was setup on the ipad and iphone without a problem. I setup Outlook to enable the user to sent /receive mail from either mailbox and this works well.

However, the users ipad and iphone does not reflect this change ie cannot see the 2nd mailbox. Do I need to remake the Exchange connection here or is this feature not availble on these devices?
