When an employee leaves our organization, I have to disable his mailbox in order to prevent further sending of messages to that mailbox. When I try to disable, I receive a warning that the mailbox will be marked for deletion. Is it possible to backup this individual mailbox in some PST or other way using EMC or EMS before disabling it?
