One of our Outlook 2007 SP2 users is having an issue with marking recurring Tasks as complete in Outlook. The error is &quot;unknown error&quot;. I thought this was a Outlook error but then asked him to try in OWA and he gets<br />

&quot;The recurrence pattern on the item you attempted to access is corrupted or not valid and cannot be accessed&quot;<br />
<br />
His mailbox is on Exchange 2007 SP2. <br />

Any ideas?

Hi

One of our Outlook 2007 SP2 users is having an issue with marking recurring Tasks as complete in Outlook. The error is "unknown error". I thought this was a Outlook error but then asked him to try in OWA and he gets

"The recurrence pattern on the item you attempted to access is corrupted or not valid and cannot be accessed"

His mailbox is on Exchange 2007 SP2. 

Any ideas?
