Time out error I am trying to solve an apparent issue with something blocking my network.  I have a server and client desktop, both using Windows 7 Professional SP-1, and connected to a LAN via a LinkSys BEFSR81 wired router.  File and printer sharing is working, but I am unable to perform a remote script operation to shut down the client computer from the server.  I am trying to do this using an application called Poweroff, which is described at http://users.telenet.be/jbosman/poweroff/poweroff.htm    I have installed Poweroff on the server and client, and correctly established the poweroff service on the client.  That is verified from a command prompt, by entering "telnet localhost 3210" and receiving a welcome response.  But when I try to execute a shutdown of the client from the server, there is a time-out error message.  I am inexperienced at network troubleshooting and would appreciate guidance.
