Exchange server error messages

I have a customer reciving these error messages through the exchange server.   It is one person receiving these messages and no one else receives any error messages from the exchange server.

1.  YOur IMAP server wants to alert you to the following:  2G4S that mail is not currently available.   Unable to receive conflict information from Sync Server.  PLease try again next time the conflict resolver window is present.

2.  Task synchronizing subscribe folder for xxxxxxx@Aol.com

3.  UID of a message changed.   This indicates a server bug

4.  Account xxxxxxxx@aol.com Msg Seg Num 8:  previous UID 27833991 now UID 31188461

5.  Protocal IMAP server IMAP.AOL.com port 993 error code 0x800cccdb

Any idea what they mean and how can I stop them from popping up on users computer?

Rajkumar-MCITP, what do you mean reconfigure the profile?   Do you mean to delete it and re-create it?   And is that on the client's desktop and not the exchange server?
Apparently it is not through the exchange server.  the ser has his business through the exchange server but the AOL is directly through the internet.  The AOL is setup on IMAP.aol.com and smtp.aol.com.
bobluis, I cannot see any duplicate folders on his outlook for his AOL account.  On the link thaqt you told me to look at, it says to run  " run Get-MailboxFolderStatistics <affected user name> | FL Name and post us the output".   Where do I run that?   Is it in Command Prompt?  Please advise
Here is the client's folders as seen on AOL account.    See attached.   There are no duplicates that I can see.
