Hello, we've setup Sonicwall Analyzer which seems to be working ok, but I have a few questions.  

We would like to create custom reports.  I see areas for scheduling reports, managing reports, but nothing that creates a custom report.

We can view all of the websites that are visited by users, but they all say "not rated", how do we rate them?

Where can we see what applications are using the bandwidth?

The status page on the sonicwall and in Analyzer both say no data for everything (IPS, Anti-spyware, antivirus)  We know they are working, because we see entries in the logs.  Sonicwall support said it is a known issue, but that response seemed odd to me, is everyone else experiencing this issue?
