Outlook not connecting to exchange server

Hi There,

We are experiencing a problem whereby a handful of users have lost connection to the exchange server via the outlook client, however OWA still works fine. I have attempted to restart all exchange service in the hope that this would rectify the issue still to no avail.

FYI, we are running Exchange server 2010 and outlook (office) 2007 and 2010.

If anyone has any tips and advise to resolve this issue that would be greatly appreciated.
