Exchange - Inhereting email addresses upon mailbox/dist creation.

Dear Experts,

Is it possible in Exchange 2007, when creating new mailboxes/distribution groups, that it by default inherets smtp proxy email addresses as well as the default primary? At the moment, it creates by default one email address which basically takes the form of [john.doe][@primarydomain.com].

"John Doe" is the username/alias of the mailbox, "@primarydomain.com" is the default domain set in our Exchange environment.

But what if I wanted new mailboxes/dist group to also inheret on creation a proxy address? Again, an amalgamation of the alias and another domain we have in our Exchange environment but this other domain is not the default/primary.

So when a mailbox/dist list is created, it will receive two email addresses:

primary smtp: [john.doe][@primarydomain.com]
proxy/secondary smtp: [john.doe][@proxydomain.com]

The setting of this scenario is based on the fact that we are preparing to change our domains and waiting for marketing to announce the brand name change. We have given all existing users the new proxy mail address (this took a while as it was done manually via the gui), but we want to ensure that new mailboxes/dist lists also automatically get the primary and proxy addresses (so it's not done manually - which could lead onto potential human error by our helpdesk - who do the admin type of work).

Many Thanks.
