Windows right to execute exe files.
In Windows 2003 server how would I give a user the right to to execute all EXE files but limit the user to that right?

Can you rephrase your question? Do you want to limit the use of execute all EXE files, or do you want that the user is not able to run all exe files.

Objective is to be able to run all executables but not have other rights to the system.
