How to create a SQL that shows non-coincident records between two tables

Hello,

How can I create a SQL that shows the non coincident records from between two Access Tables? I have a 'user_id' field on table USERS and the table 'user' on a table LOGIN_LOG.

I need to find what 'user_id' from table USERS is not stored on the field 'user' in table LOGIN_LOG.
