Have a query - I need to use Dual Factor Authentication (RSA SecureID) with our Citrix Access Gateway.<br />

I've fell at the first hurdle, I need to add an Agent Host Record into RSA to facilitate communication. &nbsp;The problem is the CAG is in the dmz and doesn't have a IP on the local lan on the RSA servers, and therefore won't resolve which means I cannot add the record.<br />

I could add a secondary address on the CAG &nbsp;which matches our internal LAN but I would think this would be a security issue. I've tagged Cisco ASA in as thats the firewall seperating our DMZ from our LAN.<br />
