We currently have BES 4.1.6.9 an i've been tasked with upgrading it to BES Express 5.x. Our current BES is a virtual Windows 2000 box and I intend to migrate to a virtual Windows 2008 box. I've already obtained the licenses and I'm ready to install, but I'm having hesitation because I'm not sure what impact this will have on our production environment. <br />

I know I can migrate the users via utilities included, but I was actually hoping to hear from someone who has done this type of migration before and could possible share some resources.
