SQL 2008 Migration from 32 bit to 64 bit

We have windows 2008 standard (32 bit) and SQL 2008 standard (32 bit) installed on PE 1950 and database on storage MD1000. (G:\ volume for *.mdf and H:\ volume for *.ldf)

In order to move to 64 bit SQL 2008, I am installing windows 64 bit OS on R510 server and fresh installation of SQL 2008 (64 bit).

Database needs to be on the same storage (MD1000) with same configuration.

What steps are involved for this kind of migration?
What configuration changes are required in fresh installation of  (64 bit) SQL server instance?
What precautions are needed?

Any URL link or step by step procedure would be immensely helpful.

Or is there any script to do same?
Thanks for your help!!
