I did and I'm still unable to use the exchange admin account to login users mailboxes while using OWA 2010. For example, <a href="https://mailserver/exchange/username(users" rel="ugc">https://mailserver/exchange/username(users</a>&nbsp;account), then use the exchange admin account to login &amp;&nbsp;connect to their mailbox. It used to work before the upgrade from 2003 to 2010. Thanks.
