Admin rights for regular users without using Restricted Groups

Hi,

I remember once someone suggested that I used a different way to handle admin rights given to regular domain users without having to use the old fashioned way of the complicated Restricted Groups as he called it!!!

I say that it would be awesome if theres an easier way other than the use of Restricted Groups!

Although Restricted Groups is very handy but I would also like to know about that other way in details :) and if theres tutorials it would be even better too

Domain Server: Windows Server 2008
Clients : Windows 7 Ultimate, Professional or Enterprise

Thank you all

"Restricted Groups" is the best way to do it. And that's not complicated at all.
I have similar thoughts before using it. But once set, everything goes well and I am sitting relaxed.
