I have used some registry settings to change %systemdrive%\documents and settings to Z:\documents and settings but am getting errors from users:

Your Outlook data file cannot be configured. C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.ost

If I create a new profile, all is ok, but this is not a real solution for many users.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Terminal Server is 2003. Office is 2010
