Terminal Server with "Docs and Settings" path moved to D: -> Outlook .ost problem
I have used some registry settings to change %systemdrive%\documents and settings to Z:\documents and settings but am getting errors from users:
Your Outlook data file cannot be configured. C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\out look.ost
If I create a new profile, all is ok, but this is not a real solution for many users.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try folder redirection using GPO for the Users.
I would setup Terminal services profiles to a share on another server.
In Terminal Servcies Profiel tab set the profile to a server share.
So each a user logs on off the profiel is save to this location.

The fact that this is an OST file indicates that you are using cached outlook mode. Best practice when using TS is to dissable cached mode in outlook.

What is the best method to disable cached mode on the TS server, while using cached mode on the other systems?
