We recently had HP replace the motherboard under warranty on a ML330 G6.  Unfortunately the engineer onsite left the B110i sata RAID controller disabled when he booted it back up, so our two RAID 1 mirrors became broken - the OS sees four physical disks where it should see two logical ones.

We cannot simply shut down and enable RAID, as the data on the disk pairs is no longer in sync.  The RAID controller will think that it has a healthy mirror and will mung the filesystem.

Is there any way to recover this situation without wiping the drives, recreating the arrays and restoring from backup?
