Windows DNS + Bind
I have a domain xyz.com. BIND DNS is the corporate DNS where all workstation will have their HOST/PTR records in respective regional zone and point for name resolution .
As per clients reqirement , region specific workstation should have region specfic DNS name space.(example , work station in texas should have it FQDN as workstation name.tx.xyz.com & santa clara site workstation should have it FQDN as workstation name.sc.xyz.com)
And i need to join the workstation to XYZ.com Domain.
How does the workstation with different name space will join xyz.com Domain? and what configuraion we have do in BIND DNS?
