how to make with norton ghost
If you use the image you will end up with the same SID on all the systems or you have to change that manually.

hello clonyxlro.

so how it can be
It is up to you. You can do it either way, but if you chose to use ghost , clonezilla or acronis (I would recommend acronis) you need to sysprep the system before you deploy that image to the new systems(https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/22539521/Using-sysprep-with-Acronis.html)

How to use sysprep: http://www.petri.co.il/using_sysprep_in_an_image_based_installation.htm
You need Paragon Backup and Recovery
http://www.paragon-software.com/home/br-free/

If the computers are of the same model
You can setup one computer with all the required software and updates etc and create an image of the computer
Later you can deploy the image on the other computers using a boot cd

You will have to change the name of the computers

But make sure that you have a valid OEM license for Windows 7 for all computers else its violation if copyrights

Paragon is the best for that purpose and its FREE
shahzoor, what about the SID?

In this case even if you change the name of the computer you will still have the same SID!!!
Most of the antivirus software so provide a small utility for SID regeneration
It runs automatically once the computer loads after deploying the image and recreate the SID
for windows you can use sysprep tool from Microsoft
