I'm having a problem with Symantec Endpoint 12.1 protection for our users. We have a centrally managed system for Symantec on our network. Every once in a while users will receive notifications on their toolbar that states it's detected risk while you were logged out. I do not want the users to see any notifications. But I do want the icon still on the toolbar.
I called Symantec a few times and I always get someone that hardly speaks English and never solves the problem.
In the Symantec Manger I disabled any check marks I see that states display notifications.
I have the notification message attached. Is anyone familiar with Symantec that can help me out? Thanks. Symantec-notification.PNG
