moving from local server to cloud services

hello

i am currently looking into moving from local server and onto cloud services and would appreciate any advice from anyone with some experience in these matters.  I have been looking at the company "Rackspace.com".  This would be as an alternative to buying a new sbs server as the current HP model is outdated and basically on its way out.

the current setup in small office is:

internet > router > sbs 2003 server > 8 desktop computers (windows 7)

currently the server is actually doing very little. it is acting as a DHCP server for the network, running exchange server for emails, running anti-virus and hosting shared folders.

i was wondering if it might be possible to replace this with a hosted exchange service and cloud based file storage instead of actually having a cloud server (which looks a lot more expensive) and exchange server.

there is no other software running on the server and the only software other than Microsoft office that is Sage Accounts running locally on one of the computers.

any advice would be greatly appreciated
