Access 2007 accde Parent Folder
Is there any way in VB to grab the name of the folder in which the access accde application is running from?

I use Application.CurrentProject .Path in a .accde all the time. I also use it with the Access runtme without any issues..
<in VB to grab the name of the folder>
Application.CurrentProject .Path will return the name of the folder.
What do you intend to do with it?
In all my Form_Load events I put
Me.Caption = "WhateverThisFormMayHappen ToBe (" & Application.CurrentProject .Path & ")"
Such uses are good.
In an accde, things that alter the design don't work. So if you are hoping to use that path information to do substantive things like re-link tables, it may not be useful.
