troubleshooting Question

DNS error EventID: 4010

After removing a dead Domain Controler in Windows 2008 we are recieving the attached error with EventID:4010. It refers to a server that is the only remaining domain controlller. It also looks to me like there are several entries missing that I would expect to see in DNS. If the DNS is corrupt, should removing DNS and reinstalling it fix the issue?
