NAT issue on VM machine

I have other NATs working for terminal services but I can't get this VM machine to connect. We can connect internally put when you have remote the external IP - connection failed. The only thing I've found between the ones that work and this one, is this is the only VM machine. Should this affect anything?

i have 5 other servers with same format nat cmds and they all work
Is the VM host running a virtual switch or router that may need to be configured to route the NAT'ed addresses?
No sir, well not that I know of. Its pretty much the default settings.  Where would I check to confirm?
It would be in the virtual server's network config.
ok checked that no thats no enabled
It sounds like there is a router or firewall blocking the traffic between the VM's and the rest of the network that is able to connect.  Do you have a network diagram showing all these systems?
