2007 SCCM

I am in the middle of an AD migration from multiple ADs to a single AD.  In doing so I now need to redirect my clients to the new update server(s).  I have created an administrative template in SCCM console and imported it into GPO at the machine level.  This will force any machine that logs onto my network and has a SCCM client installed to be redirected to the site server specified in the template.

My opportunity is this, 'any machine that logs onto my network and has an SCCM client'.  I have reason to believe that there maybe rogue devices and I am trying to eliminate those.  I have looked but am unable to find if there is a way to force any machine that logs onto my production network and does not have a client to download it from a network share and silently install from within GPO?

Will this only install if there is not currently a client installed?  I do not want to have to uninstall/reinstall everytime.
If your looking to limit GPO execution to only clients without the client currently installed you'd have to look into WMI filters for the GPO that will apply the SCCM client. I'd suggest looking into the root\CCM namespace and the CCM_InstalledComponent class. the CCM_InstalledComponent.Name="SmsClient" instance has a property "Version" which you should be able to querry towards. I'd provide a ready made query for you but its beyond my expertise sorry
Actually after reading your link and testing a control environment that document was exactly what was needed, it is successful in all aspects of the scenario, thanks.
