In the Oracle 11.2 docs. for "Creating a Physical Standby Database"

http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11882_01/server.112/e25608/create_ps.htm#i63561

it goes on to say:

 "Caution:
Review the initialization parameter file for additional parameters that may need to be modified. For example, you may need to modify the dump destination parameters if the directory location on the standby database is different from those specified on the primary database."

When I set the dump parameters:

*.audit_file_dest
*.background_dump_dest
*.core_dump_dest
*.user_dump_dest

and start the database I get:
ORA-32006: BACKGROUND_DUMP_DEST initialization parameter has been deprecated
ORA-32006: USER_DUMP_DEST initialization parameter has been deprecated
ORACLE instance started.

Why is Oracle asking me to set depreciated parameters?

This parameter is set in my pfile for my primary: *.diagnostic_dest='D:\oracle'
So when I create a spfile from this pfile for my standby the (core_dump_dest,  background_dump_dest, user_dump_dest) will already be set and I don't have to specify these is that correct? It gives the path 'D:\oracle', but the path on my primary where these dump files are going is <diagnostic_dest>/diag/rdbms/<dbname>/<instname>
so do I just create the directory structure on my Windows standby server
D:\oracle\diag\rdbms\<dbname>\<instname>
and the dump files will automaticall go there if *.diagnostic_dest='D:\oracle' is set?
