Conditional formula to insert text based on related criteria

Would like a conditional formula that looks to all tasks for each project and then returns a value = "Done" "In Progress" or "Not Started" based on the criteria in column G of all = 100% vs something = not blank or zero vs all blank or zero.  See excel screen print in attached document for an example.  If possible, I would also like
Done to color the row in green (as shown), In progress to color the row in Blue, and Not started as Yellow also shown in the attachment.  I've included an example spreadsheet also.  Thank you! Chris
