I have internet access from Two ISP , I use ISP1 for corporate application(mail .... , and use ISP2 for Http traffic , now ISP  2 is blocking Skype packet , is there a way to forwared the skype packet to ISP 1 ,just the skype packet not all Http packet .
each ISP have it own router and the two router connect to one ASA5510 so all the work should be done on ASA to check the skype  packet and forwared to ISP2

Yes, just configure a static NAT on your ASA to push that port out the appropriate interface to get routed through the other ISP.

Skype configuration option  dont have option to work on specific port .
in the configuration option you can change the port number for incoming port only
the other option is proxy but is not effect becasue the ISP is closing this IP address .
for the port 80 and 443 it's already forwarded to ISP 2 as I am use it for Http traffic
i need a solution can be based on Application name is that possible
