Outlook Button to Forward Emails to a Specific Email
I would like to create a button on Outlook so I will be able to forward that email to a specific email without having to go to "forward" email.
So whenever the user presses that button when viewing an email, the email will be forwarded to a specific email address (aaa@ccc.org) automatically.
How can I do that?

Why don't you create a rule in outlook and see if that works.

I want it to be in user's discretion to send (forward the email to a specific email address) the email. So, I am not too sure how to use rules in this case. I think my question is a little vague as well.
My goal is to have a button on outlook, so whenever the user wants to forward an email to a specific (already set) email, it is done in one step rather then them going and entering the email adress etc...

Not possible, it is design limitation. Forward button is already present in Outlook. Entering email address is not a big deal.

So, it is not possible to create a "Forward to John" button on Outlook?
Is this correct?

You need to write macro or script. Found few links.

As mentioned in my earlier post. I said you need to write a script or macro. As this feature is not out of the box. Luckly you found it.
