I am using adobe X, Everytime I open a document I get tool bars that pop up in front of what I am working on. I do not know how to remove them. Please see the screen shot to see more. Any help on disabling this would be great.<br />

Toolbars that keep popping up that I did not enable

I am using adobe X, Everytime I open a document I get tool bars that pop up in front of what I am working on. I do not know how to remove them. Please see the screen shot to see more. Any help on disabling this would be great.
