This sounds like you have configured your server as a POP account instead of using ActiveSync, therefore your device is not sync with your mailbox as you are creating a brand new copy of your messages to your phone everytime they are pushed in.

We just installed our first Exchange 2010 server. &nbsp;While i am able to get email on the IPhone or other windows device. &nbsp;They all show items read from the users desktop outlook application as UNread on the iphone until you actually open them on the IPhone.<br />

If you open them on the IPhone they show read on the IPhone but UNread in Outlook on the desktop. &nbsp;<br />

No event log errors etc...

If you open them on the IPhone they show read on the IPhone but UNread in Outlook on the desktop.
