I can't boot in to gparted CD

I have a virus that created new partition.  I solved a similar problem a while ago by booting in to a CD with gparted to remove the rogue partition.

Now with this new virus and new partition, the CD doesn't boot even though the bios is set to boot to the CD.

Yikes, now what?
