changing WSS2.0 service account

I'm wanting to change the service account in my wss2.0 installation running on SQL 2000, but cannot find any documentation on how to do so.  I can find information on how to do it for wss3.0/moss2007, but nothing for wss2.0.

Any help would be appreciated.
