Unable to log in to the network after recovering from several viruses. Error 7001 and 7003.

I unable to get network card to work after recovering from a virus. I'm getting errors 7001,7003, the TCP/IP driver is not working on device manager it tells me that device is not present or driver not installed. On services IPSEC Services is unable to start, DNS, DHCP service in not working.

Though virus scanning software delete or the system file was affected before.
Should backup all data and recovery your OS.

I don't have a backup, how do I recover files that were remove by AVG rescue disk?

Run sfc /scannow to repair the protected windows files and see whether it helps.

I ran sfc /scannow to repair the problem, but that did not correct the problem.

I tried everything and can't seem to correct problems. I ran a complete backup to a different disk and I ready to do a system recovery.  The computers is a Compaq Presario running Windows XP. The PC has a recovery partition, how do I recover my PC from the recovery Partion?

normally you will have a CD recovery when you bought this laptop
