DropBox alternatives (WITH permissions)

Dear all,

Currently we're working with DropBox in it's free version but having hard times managing permissions and controlling the environment (who's inviting who, who's deleting what etc...)

We're looking for alternatives, it can be either another ed. of DropBox (their support is not responsive, 2 mails was sent already), or a different product which allow the following characterization:

01. Permissions management

02. Saves local copy to each user's computer

03. Logs, logs, logs !

04. Ability to retrieve deleted files and folders and version control of doc's (optional)

05. Small-Medium quota - at least 20GB

Thanks in advance

Guys - thank you so much!
We're currently checking both suggested alternatives (NomaDesk and SugerSync), and will update shortly.

If there's any other suggestion, please don't keep it to your selves :)

Guys,
It's good that you've replied, since we're having hard time describing what we need.

It seems that Nomadesk, SugerSync and Dropbox (team version), doesn't allow to set permissions per sub-folder (like LDAP).

It's crucial for us since we're sharing a lot of information with a lot of people, and want to make sure that each user will have his own permissions settings (Read only/Modify/Create/Delete etc..)

Can someone please point out what's the best practice to get this option?

Thx
