Hi,

Hope someone can help ... I'm trying to calculate some specific data in Excel but can't remember how it is done, hopefully someone can shed some light on this.

Sample data attached.

Essentially what I'm trying to do is find out how many minutes 'Fred' has used calling 'UK' from the example data.

Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

With Excel 2007 you can use this:

=SUMIFS(D4:D19,B4:B19,"Fred",C4:C19,"UK")

Thanks,  barryhoudini's answer is what I was after but regmigrant has shown a great alternative also displaying the data I need.
