Hiding task scheduler without disabling in XP Pro and Vista Home

We would like to prevent user access to the scheduled tasks on various computers in our network which uses both XP Pro and Vista Home.
The Vista home ones aren't linked to the domain, so they can't have a policy pushed onto them. It would have to be done locally, but I can't find a way to do this.
