I'm getting the following Script error on my page after a specific postback event

Script control 'ttPreviewSup1' is not a registered script control. Script controls must be registered using RegisterScriptControl() before calling RegisterScriptDescriptors().
Parameter name: scriptControl

I have a series of JavaScript functions at the top of my page that it errors on.
If I remove the bottom one...the next one errors
Example...the error would be on the $find(.... part.

    function Summary2ClickedPDF(sender, args) {
        var oWnd = $find("<%=confirmWindowPDF.ClientID %>");
        $find("<%= btnCancelPDF.ClientID %>").click();
The ttPreviewSup1 control in the error message is one of many Telerik RadToolTip controls on the page.

This is an example of the one in the error message
<telerik:RadToolTip ID="ttPreviewSup1" runat="server" Width="460" Modal="true" Height="110px"
     Animation="Fade" ContentScrolling="Auto" ManualClose="true" RelativeTo="Element"
     Position="BottomCenter" TargetControlID="sup1">
     <div style="background-color: White; text-align: left; height: 78px; margin: 0px 0px 0px 0px;
         padding: 10px 10px 10px 10px;">
         1.&nbsp;&nbsp;The weighted average Purchase Rate weighted against the Purchase Amount.</div>

So...what does the error message actually mean?
