Hi, I have a unusal problem i hope you can help me with

I have laptop users that have there desktops and documents setup for folder redirection to a network share.

These folders are set to be available offline so the user can access there documents when out of the office.

These users also have a vpn setup so they connect to the office and access other shares on other servers.

This has been working fine for a while, but now one of my users is unable to access any of the shares afters connecting via the vpn.

they are loging on to there laptop using cached creditials and then connecting their vpn afterwards.

The user can ping all servers they want to access when connected to the vpn so they don't have a connection issue.

It looks like windows won't try to connect to the other network shares because it believes itself to be offline.

Does anyone know a way to fix this?
