We have SBS 2011 using Exchange 2010 to host our email.  We have three users: jan@domain.com, liz@domain.com, and carole@domain.com who all use their own email addresses on the domain.  Then we have one mailbox named info@domain.com.  Each user is using Outlook 2010 to connect to their own mailbox, but in the account settings in Outlook, they are each set up to info@domain.com as well.  I set this up in the Account Settings > Server Settings > More Settings > Advanced tab > Add and entered the info mailbox.

The info mailbox shows up fine under each user's Outlook profile as a another mailbox.  The problem is that if someone receives an email to info@domain.com, if they delete an info@ email or reply to an info@ email, the deleted/sent email shows up under the user's individual mailbox, not under the info@ mailbox.

Is there a way to get around that?
